The Cherokee knowledge tells:
“Every day we have to do some choices. We might not like them, but we have the opportunity to choose how to react. If we do not choose what we want in our life, then life will decide for us.
And if we dislike how life has chosen until this moment, we will not appreciate what it has prepared for us in the future.
(…) When we swim against the tide we develop our muscles and, thanks to the mental and spiritual power that allow this development, we accept and refuse, we even change our appearance and we find solutions never met before.”

In December 2006 life has suddenly put ourselves in front of a junction. Every existing point of reference, effective until that moment, was swept away, every certainty was cancelled…
At the beginning panic has attacked ourselves then, gradually, we have understood that all that happening could be seen as an occasion to change, an occasion to draw again our lives radically and let our dreams take place. So we decided to leave everything and move to Fassa Valley, a land where we have been regular visitors and lovers for a long time, because we strongly believe that the world where we live, even if we love it, is not the only possible one.
So our adventure has started, an adventure that has brought us away from home, the same adventure that, as we hope, will bring us further.
